Enter information related to the operational management of missions (traceability, hours, flashes) into the Etraq software; manage and track mission requests and terms; perform administrative tasks that may be assigned under the authority of the hierarchical supervisor; manage supplies and purchases under the control of the hierarchical supervisor; perform filing; participate in the drafting of work instructions; regularly inform and communicate major administrative events to the hierarchical supervisor; apply the procedures defined in the QMS.
Desired Candidate Profile
Associate's/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) Good communication skills (French/English)
