Main responsibilities:
Welcome customers and identify their needs regarding the maintenance or repair of their vehicle.
Perform preliminary diagnostics of requests and direct vehicles to the technical teams.
Prepare repair orders and corresponding estimates.
Ensure coordination between customers, the workshop, and the spare parts department.
Monitor the progress of work and inform customers about the status of repairs.
Ensure vehicles are delivered on time.
Return vehicles to customers by explaining the work done and the related invoices.
Handle customer complaints and propose suitable solutions.
Contribute to achieving turnover, customer satisfaction, and service quality objectives.
Ensure compliance with the manufacturer's and company's procedures and standards.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
Bac+2/3 training in automotive maintenance, mechanics, or a similar field.
Experience desired in a similar role within an automotive workshop.
Good knowledge of automotive mechanics.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindset.
Proficiency in computer and workshop management tools.
Organization, rigor, and teamwork spirit.
