Your role: As a Plastic Components Design Engineer, you are responsible for the technical management of components within your scope and ensure their development through to industrialization. In this role, you will be required to: Manage the development activities of plastic components. Ensure alignment between the various project disciplines. Validate proposed technical solutions. Manage ECR/ECO and product evolutions. Provide technical support to suppliers. Participate in APQP, PPAP, and industrial validation activities.

Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile: Your profile: Master's degree in Engineering (Bac+5). More than 8 years of experience in automotive development. Expertise in automotive plastic components. Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 and PLM tools. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and RFQ processes. Leadership and excellent communication skills.
