Job Description: Legal Director: Reporting to the Euromed Legal & Compliance Department, you will manage all legal, contractual, and compliance matters for Inetum's activities in Africa, with a particular focus on Morocco. A true business partner, you will support the various business units in risk management, negotiation of strategic contracts, subsidiary governance, and the deployment of the Group's compliance programs.

• Advise the General Management and support functions on legal, regulatory and ethical issues.
• Manage compliance issues and ensure the deployment of Group policies in Africa.
• Oversee the legal governance of subsidiaries (corporate, restructurings, external growth operations).
• Supporting sales teams on tenders and negotiating complex IT contracts.
• Managing legal risks, pre-litigation and litigation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, particularly with regard to the protection of personal data and digital regulations.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of contractual processes, tools and models.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications: A Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business Law or equivalent is required. A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Legal Manager or General Counsel, ideally in an international environment, is essential. Excellent command of contract law, business law, and compliance issues is required. A good understanding of IT challenges, digital transformation, data protection, and cybersecurity is necessary. Strong leadership, advisory skills, negotiation abilities, and a business-oriented approach are required. Fluency in French, English, and Arabic is essential.
