Join our dynamic company in the Construction / Civil Engineering sector, known for its major achievements. We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Assistant for our team based in Marrakech. Your role will be essential in supporting the sales teams and managing customer relationships. The main goal is to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience, from initial contact to closing the sale, while optimizing the administrative processes related to real estate transactions.

Your responsibilities will include managing leads, preparing and following up on sales files, coordinating customer appointments, and updating sales databases. You will also be involved in preparing offers and ensuring post-sale follow-up. Part of your mission will be to ensure smooth communication between different departments and customers.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree +4 years of higher education is required. A specialization in Sales Administration or Customer Service (SAV) will be a major asset, demonstrating a deep understanding of commercial and customer service issues.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position is expected. This period should have allowed you to develop solid expertise in sales management and customer relations, ideally in the real estate sector.

• Excellent written and oral communication in French.
• Proficiency in office tools (Office Suite) and CRM software.
• Sense of organization, rigor, and proactivity.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong customer relationship skills and service orientation.
• Ability to work in a team.
