Reporting to the HRIS Department, you will lead the implementation and development projects of the AGIRH solution, from the scoping phase to production launch. You will support clients in the transformation of their HR processes, ensuring the quality of deliverables, adherence to deadlines, and client satisfaction.
Main tasks:
- Manage AGIRH HRIS projects and ensure their smooth operation.
- Analyze HR needs and facilitate scoping workshops.
- Supervise the configuration, interfaces, data migration and acceptance testing phases.
- Coordinate the functional and technical teams.
- Supporting users during deployment and change management.
- Participate in pre-sales activities and responses to calls for tenders.
Localisation : Casablanca
Contract: Permanent.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of experience in HRIS project management, including significant experience with AGIRH. Strong understanding of HR processes (Personnel Administration, Payroll, Talent Management, Time and Attendance). Knowledge of HRIS architectures, functional configuration, and IT interfaces. Leadership, organizational skills, autonomy, and excellent communication skills.
