Upon your arrival, you will join the Forvis Mazars Collaborative Team, a community of over 200 employees driven by a strong international dynamic, while working for French clients. You will report to the Office Director and the HR Director for France, in a stimulating and collaborative environment. After an onboarding and training period alongside our local and French teams, we will invite you to take ownership of your area of ​​responsibility through the following missions:

1. Deployment of the HR strategy and interface between France and Morocco

• Adapt and implement locally the HR strategy defined by Forvis Mazars France, with the exception of employer branding topics carried out by Forvis Mazars Morocco.
• To ensure the permanent link between the Forvis Mazars Collaborative Team and the French headquarters.
• Ensure alignment of local HR practices with Forvis Mazars policies and standards.

2. HR coordination and reporting

• Ensure reliable and regular reporting of HR indicators (staff numbers, turnover, interview tracking, training, payroll monitoring, etc.) to France.
• Actively participate in cross-functional HR projects launched by Forvis Mazars France.
• To be the operational HR liaison for Forvis Mazars Collaborative Team for all HR topics with France.

3. Management of the local HR team

• To supervise, motivate and develop the skills of the on-site HR team (recruitment, administration, training, etc.).
• Structuring the local HR organization to ensure responsiveness, reliability, and quality of service.

4. Recruitment and talent management

• Manage recruitment in line with local operational needs and expectations in France.
• Supporting the development of a suitable sourcing strategy for a nearshore environment (financial & IT auditor profiles, accountants, support functions, etc.).
• Structure the integration process to ensure an employee experience that meets the desired standards.

5. HR Development and Training

• Implement Forvis Mazars training programs while taking into account the specific needs of the Moroccan center.
• To monitor skills and support career development.
• Manage performance evaluation and feedback campaigns.
• To handle the reimbursement of training hours from public bodies.

6. Legal compliance and administrative obligations

• Ensure compliance with the Moroccan Labor Code.
• Supervise payroll and social and tax declarations with our service provider.
• Supervise contracts, personnel administration and disciplinary procedures, in accordance with Moroccan legislation.
• Maintain a proactive relationship with local administrations (Labor Inspectorate, CNSS, etc.).

7. Social climate, internal communication and corporate culture

• Promote a healthy social climate, based on listening, recognition and transparency.
• Facilitating communication between local staff and teams in France.
• Contribute to strengthening employee engagement and promoting Forvis Mazars' values.

Desired Candidate Profile

• You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) in human resources, social law, management or equivalent.
• You have a proven track record of at least 8 to 10 years in an HR role including team management.
• You have in-depth knowledge of Moroccan labor law and HR practices in a structured environment.
• Ideally, you have worked in a nearshore, BPO or international consulting firm environment.
• You wish to put your excellent interpersonal skills, your sense of leadership, your autonomy and your rigor at the service of a challenging and learning profession, in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in French and Arabic is essential.
• A good level of English would be a real plus for interacting in an international setting.
