Reporting to the Bar Manager, the responsibilities and essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to: Providing consistently professional, friendly and engaging service; Assisting customers in exploring the drinks menu; Preparing cocktails and monitoring stock levels according to guidelines; Having a thorough knowledge of the drinks menu and promotions; Having a thorough knowledge of the menu, garnishes, contents and preparation methods; Adhering to policies, procedures and service standards related to the point of sale; Adhering to all hygiene and safety policies when handling food and beverages; Other duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

Prior bartending experience is preferred; Excellent knowledge of all types of drinks; Knowledge of a point-of-sale (POS) system is an asset; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; Highly responsible and reliable; Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work as part of a team; Ability to focus on customer needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times;
