Reporting to the Director of Public Relations and Communications, the Marketing & Public Relations Executive supports the execution of marketing, communications, public relations, and social media initiatives that enhance the visibility, reputation, and positioning of the hotel. The role is responsible for assisting with media relations, content creation, social media management, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling while ensuring consistency with Four Seasons standards. Responsibilities include coordinating media visits and influencer stays, maintaining media databases and press materials, supporting content development for digital and print communications, managing social media platforms, assisting with website and online content updates, and supporting hotel events, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities. The Marketing & Public Relations Executive plays a key role in generating positive exposure for the property and strengthening brand awareness across local and international markets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Social Media, or a related field, preferably within luxury hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, or premium brands. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with media contacts and social influencers, managing social media platforms, and creating engaging content is highly desirable. Strong copywriting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment are essential. You will be an outgoing and enthusiastic professional with a collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for storytelling, hospitality, and brand excellence. Fluency in English is required. Fluency in French and Arabic is highly preferred for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
