Job :

The agency group manager supports the implementation and development of the organization's activity within their agency group's perimeter. They act under the responsibility of the Regional Director.

To this end, they assume the following missions:

1. Participate in the development of the strategy and its translation into action plans, and ensure their implementation.
2. Ensure the development of Financial Activities, according to the established objectives.
3. Ensure the preservation and development of the organization's assets.
4. Develop and preserve the Brand within their perimeter.
5. Ensure optimal and sustainable management of the resources of their agency group.
6. Ensure compliance with current procedures and processes.
7. Act as a link between their agency group and the regional management.

Required profile :

- Master's degree or equivalent in Financial Management, Economics, or Business;

- 5 years of professional experience in the banking sector, including 2 years of successful experience in agency management;

- You have strong skills in team management and leadership;

- You are dynamic and rigorous;

- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
