Job :

As part of strengthening our internal control system, we are recruiting an Internal Control Manager to ensure the security, compliance, and reliability of our processes.
Responsibilities:

• Execute the internal control plan within the Business Units and carry out field controls
• Document first- and second-line controls, report discrepancies, and contribute to reporting
• Monitor internal control indicators
• Ensure the application of procedures and support operational teams
• Participate in control campaigns and BU operational committees

Required profile :

Profile:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Audit, Management Control, Risk Management, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in internal control, audit, or operational control (Experience in retail or the agri-food/fast-moving consumer goods sector is highly desirable)
• Good knowledge of operational and financial processes
• Rigor, organization, and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities
• Proficiency in office software tools
