Tooling Maintenance Manager | Casablanca (Morocco)

Join a leading company in the electricity sector as a Tooling Maintenance Manager in Casablanca. This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise within a dynamic and innovative structure, where your role will be crucial for the sustainability and efficiency of our production tools.

Your main goals will be to ensure the optimal availability of tooling, minimize production downtime related to equipment failures, and optimize maintenance costs while ensuring the safety of teams and the quality of work performed. You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes.

Under your responsibility, the complete management of tooling maintenance will be ensured. This will include:

• Mastery of preventive, corrective, and curative maintenance of molds and dies.

• •Mastery of disassembly, reassembly, cleaning, and inspection of tooling.
  •Ability to diagnose failures and defects in molds and dies.
  •Mastery of reading and interpreting mechanical drawings.
  •Mastery of fitting, machining, drilling, tapping, and polishing techniques.
  •Ability to identify the causes of defects related to molds and dies.
  •Mastery of spare parts management and tracking.
  •Ability to develop and follow preventive maintenance plans.
  •Mastery of intervention tracking and tooling traceability.
  •Knowledge of safety, quality, and 5S rules.
  •Knowledge of failure cause analysis and problem-solving methods.
  •Knowledge of CAD/CAM (SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD...).

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required. Higher education in fields such as production, quality, safety, or maintenance would be ideal.

Solid experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar position, ideally in the electricity sector or in a complex industrial environment, is essential to fully succeed in this role.
