On behalf of our partner, a recognized brand in the world of perfumery and beauty, we are recruiting Sales Advisors (M/F) passionate about customer relations and sales.

Main tasks
Welcome, advise, and assist customers with their purchases.
Identify customer needs and suggest the most suitable products.
Ensure a quality customer experience by conveying a premium brand image.
Develop sales through personalized advice and an effective commercial approach.
Build customer loyalty by guaranteeing professional and attentive service.
Participate in enhancing product presentation and maintaining the good condition of the sales point.
Contribute to achieving the set commercial objectives.

Required profile :

Proven experience in sales, ideally in the perfumery, cosmetics, beauty, or retail sectors.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
Very good presentation and professional demeanor, in line with the brand's high-end image.
Strong sales temperament, with the ability to advise, convince, and build customer loyalty.
Dynamic, rigorous, and results-oriented.
Mobility is essential: ability to work in several stores or points of sale within the same city as needed.
Immediate or quick availability.
