Your responsibilities

Reporting to the Treasury & Tax Supervisor, you will ensure the rigorous management and follow-up of the cash register. In this role, you will focus on four areas:

Cash Register Management:

• Process check and customer draft payments and ensure their entry into the system
• Make check and draft deposits at the bank and ensure traceability
• Fill out deposit slips for sending to the bank
• Perform the daily cash register closing
• Prepare and enter expense reports
• Process unblocking orders
• Check supporting documents before accepting payment for operations

Invoicing

• Validate invoices before handing them over to customers

Customer Relations

• Welcome customers and manage daily customer relations
• Report and handle customer complaints

Risk Management

• Verify the completeness of customer files
• Verify customer solvency
• Ensure compliance with granted credit limits

Required profile :

Your profile
Education:

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or as a cashier

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in cash register procedures and standard banking operations
• Knowledge of Oracle is a plus
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles
• Comfortable in customer relationship management

Languages

Arabic and French: fluent - required
English: intermediate level
