Job :
- Manages the Kansys Edge application (or a similar billing tool).
- Creates and manages user accounts and access.
- Assists users when they encounter problems.
- Tracks incidents and coordinates their resolution.
- Tests new versions before they go live.
- Ensures the monitoring of service performance and quality.
- Writes documentation and trains users.
Required profile :
Bac+5 degree (engineering school or university) in IT, with 3 years or more of experience in Service Management / Run Management.

- Application Support (L1/L2)
- Application Administrator
- Business Application Support Engineer
- Functional / Technical Support Analyst
- Estimated experience level
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience in application administration or support.
- Experience with a billing tool is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle and databases is appreciated.
