Job description

Job :

Participate in the development of the internal communication plan:
•Identify and list internal communication needs from different departments and sites
•Participate in the development of the annual internal communication plan based on consolidated needs and the
communication policy
•Participate in the design of internal engagement activities
•Monitor external trends and best practices in internal communication
Participate in the deployment of the internal communication plan:
•Write and format content for internal materials
•Coordinate, with the artistic team, the production of visual and video materials
•Publish content on different channels (intranet, screens, etc.) according to the communication
schedule
•Collect and centralize information about the Group's activities from different departments and sites
•Ensure the logistical organization of internal events (bookings, supplier coordination,
materials, etc.).
•Participate in the design and formatting of content (speakers, presentations, videos, etc.) for
the organization of events
•Propose and ensure, in coordination with their manager, the follow-up of the service provided by suppliers and speakers
(caterers, cameramen, etc.)
•Track the progress of the communication plan and alert the manager in case of deviation
•Evaluate the impact of communication actions and propose corrective actions
Participate in Group continuous improvement projects:
•Propose improvement actions within their scope of activity
•Participate in continuous improvement projects within their department
•Participate in Group cross-functional projects.

Required profile :

•Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in communication or equivalent
•Experience: 3 years in a similar role, in an agency or company.
