Quality Production Engineer

Job Summary

• Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis:
• Lead or support structured problem solving (8D QRQC Ishikawa 5 Whys etc.) for internal and external quality issues.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to resolve chronic problems and reduce defect recurrence.
• Apply and promote the use of quality tools (Revers FMEA SPC MSA Control Plan etc.) in production areas.
• Ensure proper documentation and update of quality standards.
• Analyze non-conformities from audits rejections and customer complaints.
• Follow up on implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
• Support lean initiatives and participate in Kaizen or improvement projects.
• Monitor key quality KPIs and contribute to their improvement (FTT PPM scrap rate etc.).
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures customer requirements and industry standards (IATF 16949 ISO 9001 etc.).
• Train operators technicians and support functions on quality standards and problem-solving techniques.
• Support deployment of quality culture on the shop floor.

Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Quality or related field.
• 12 years in quality or production engineering in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred).
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent writing skills in English.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of quality standards and tools
• Good communication skills
