As part of our business development, we are looking for dynamic and motivated Customer Managers. If you meet these criteria and wish to grow in a stimulating environment, then this opportunity is for you.
As a Customer Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Welcoming and guiding individual and professional clients.
• Handling cash desk management and carrying out routine banking operations (deposits, withdrawals, transfers…).
• Ensuring treasury management (fund collection, ATM replenishment), with the Principal Customer Manager or Branch Manager.
• Processing securities and centralizing accounting data.
• Developing a client portfolio and marketing simplified banking products.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current standards.
Required profile :
• Bac+2/Bac+3 qualification: BTS, DTS, DUT, DEUG, or Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Economics and Management, Accounting & Finance, or Commerce & Marketing.
• You are dynamic, independent, and a team player.
