Job : MCC is strengthening its teams and is looking for Customer Advisors fluent in German and French to support its clients daily. You will be responsible for responding to their requests, handling complaints, and ensuring thorough follow-up to guarantee a positive and lasting customer experience.
- Handle customer requests in German and French
- Provide relevant answers
- Ensure follow-up until resolution, in coordination with the relevant departments
- Inform clients of the progress of their requests and ensure their satisfaction
- Apply internal procedures and respect quality standards
Required profile : Very good command of German and French, both spoken and written
Strong sense of customer relations and excellent communication skills
Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism
Rigor, responsiveness, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in standard computer tools
Experience in customer relations, complaint management, or call center is a plus
