Occupational Health Nurse M/F | Mohammédia (Morocco)

Job :

As part of strengthening the team of our partner, a company specialized in the industrial sector, we are recruiting an Occupational Health Nurse M/F.

The main goal of this position is to monitor the health of employees and contribute to the prevention of occupational risks, in a stimulating industrial environment where your rigor, organizational skills, and expertise will be major assets.

Main Missions

• Provide basic medical care to employees;
• Monitor the health status of employees;
• Participate in the prevention of occupational risks: musculoskeletal disorders, chemicals, heat, noise, etc.;
• Participate in workplace safety and prevention actions;
• Ensure that employee medical records are kept up to date and monitor health insurance;
• Educate employees on first aid, ergonomics, and prevention;
• Participate in awareness and prevention actions regarding occupational health and safety.

Required profile :

• Diploma of General Nurse recognized by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection;
• Experience in an industrial environment is preferred;
• Knowledge of Hygiene, Safety, and Environment (HSE) is appreciated;
• A qualification in industrial first aid or SST is an asset;
• Knowledge in managing work stress and psychosocial risks is appreciated;
• Knowledge in industrial toxicology is a plus;
• Rigor, organization, reactivity, and sense of responsibility.

Conditions

• Salary: Negotiable depending on profile and experience
• Transport: Provided in the Mohammedia areas
