Your tasks

• Identify, evaluate, and select new international suppliers
• Negotiate prices, deadlines, payment terms, and Incoterms
• Manage consultations and analyze quotes
• Track orders from placement to delivery (deadlines, quality, compliance)
• Act as the liaison with foreign suppliers
• Manage supplier performance (deadlines, quality, costs) and propose areas for improvement
• Monitor markets, prices, and supply risks
• Report to management

Required profile :

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Purchasing, International Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar international purchasing role
• Fluent English and French, C1 level (written and spoken), essential for negotiating and writing with foreign suppliers
• Good knowledge of Incoterms, international trade, and import procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel) and an ERP system (Odoo, SAP, or equivalent)
• Knowledge in another language is a plus
