Main Mission
Ensure the operational management of the IT and telephone park, as well as user support to guarantee the availability and optimization of IT services within PwC.
Main Responsibilities
- IT equipment management: inventory, assignment, renewal, and monitoring of equipment.
- Telephone park management: mobile lines, plans, roaming, portability, and cost optimization.
- Preparation and monitoring of IT equipment and service orders.
- Coordination of IT needs related to the onboarding and departure of employees.
- Development of reporting and monitoring dashboards.
- Participation in continuous improvement and IT transformation projects.
- User support and assistance.

Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in IT, telecommunications, or information systems (Bac+4 / Bac+5).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT operations, IT and telephone park management, or IT support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and ITIL best practices.
- Analytical, organizational, and priority management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
