Join a key player in the Medical Equipment sector as a Junior Buyer. Based in Rabat, this opportunity is part of a dynamic of growth and innovation within a recognized company. Your role will be crucial in optimizing purchases and managing supplier relationships.

The main goal is to actively contribute to the purchasing strategy by ensuring the optimal supply of products and services necessary for the activity. This involves participating in the search for the best suppliers, negotiating purchasing conditions, and monitoring the performance of these partnerships, while ensuring the conformity and quality of the acquired goods.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting and qualifying new suppliers for various needs.
• Participating in commercial and contractual negotiations.
• Monitoring orders, deliveries, and managing any disputes.
• Analyzing supplier markets and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Updating and monitoring purchasing performance indicators.
• Close collaboration with internal teams to anticipate needs.

Required profile :

A degree of level Bac +5 or higher is required, ideally obtained from a business school, engineering school, or university.

First professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role or in purchasing would be a major asset for success in this position.

To excel in this role, the following skills are essential:

• Solid training in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a developed sense of partnership.
• Rigor in file tracking and good analytical skills.
• Proficiency in computer tools, especially purchasing management software and the Office suite.
• A good understanding of the medical equipment sector's challenges would be a plus.
