Job :

We are recruiting for our client a Logistics Quality Audit Officer, responsible for controlling, analyzing, and optimizing logistics processes to ensure stock reliability and operational quality. The role involves conducting regular audits, monitoring action plans, and supporting field teams.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Audit of logistics processes:

• Conduct regular audits on platforms (receiving, storage, picking, shipping).
• Evaluate the application of procedures, best practices, and quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies and propose corrective or preventive actions.
• Measure logistics performance (KPIs: error rate, service rate, document compliance...).
• Write audit reports and ensure follow-up of actions.

2. Stock reliability and inventories:

• Check the consistency of physical stocks versus system data (stock discrepancies, cycle counts).
• Implement cycle counting plans and supervise annual inventories.
• Analyze the causes of discrepancies (data entry, processes, organization, medical device vigilance).
• Identify risks and implement actions to improve reliability.
• Train teams on good stock management practices.

3. Continuous improvement & operational quality:

• Participate in the optimization of logistics processes (Lean, 5S, standardization).
• Collaborate with logistics managers to make procedures more reliable and simpler.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of continuous improvement plans.
• Deploy quality tools: non-conformity reports, QRQC, root cause analysis.

4. Support for logistics platforms:

• Provide methodological support to on-site teams.
• Update logistics documentation and procedures.
• Raise team awareness about quality, safety, and customer service issues.
• Create training materials and conduct internal training sessions.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-volume logistics environment.
• Good command of logistics processes, stock management, and audit techniques.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS, ERP).
• Mastery of inventory and stock reliability techniques.
• Basic knowledge of quality management (ISO 9001, processes, documentation).
• Office tools: Advanced Excel, reporting, dashboards
