We are recruiting for a major international player in the healthcare sector a Business Unit Head to lead a strategic, high-growth activity.

This management position offers complete responsibility for commercial performance, brand development, multidisciplinary team management, and business portfolio growth.

Your main responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy & Performance Management

• Define and implement the commercial strategy in the short, medium, and long term.
• Take full responsibility for the business unit's profit and loss (P&L).
• Maximize revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
• Identify new development opportunities and accelerate portfolio growth.

Marketing & Brand Development

• Develop and deploy marketing plans for the portfolio products.
• Lead new product launches and their strategic evolutions.
• Optimize brand performance throughout their life cycle.
• Ensure effective execution of field action plans.

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise and develop Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
• Define performance objectives and monitor key indicators.
• Support the skill development of employees.
• Build a high-performing organization by fostering collaboration and engagement.

Stakeholder Management

• Develop lasting relationships with key industry players.
• Represent the company to strategic partners.
• Conduct continuous market monitoring to anticipate sector and competitor evolutions.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and ethical standards.
• Ensure rigorous management of commercial and marketing activities.
• Ensure proper application of internal policies and procedures.

Required profile :

Profile Sought:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or equivalent.
• MBA or complementary higher education strongly appreciated.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing roles within a Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences environment.
• Proven experience in managing a Business Unit or an activity with significant commercial responsibility.
• Strong expertise in brand strategy, product launches, and business development.
• Solid experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent command of financial indicators and P&L management.
• Professional English is essential.
• Leadership, strategic vision, influencing skills, and results orientation.
