ARIA Sales is hiring 20 B2B Remote Sales Representatives to strengthen its teams in Témara!
YOUR MISSION
Within our sales teams, you will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and developing a portfolio of B2B clients in France;
- Contacting prospects by phone and identifying their needs;
- Presenting and promoting the offers of our principals;
- Building a tailored pitch and convincing your contacts;
- Negotiating and closing sales opportunities;
- Meeting and exceeding your goals.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
- Permanent contract (CDI)
- Fixed salary: 6,000 to 8,000 DH net
- Monthly uncapped bonuses based on achieved goals
- Social security (CNSS) + health insurance
- Fixed working hours Monday to Friday
- Remote work

Required profile :
THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for Remote Sales Representatives who have a passion for challenges and performance:
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, or contact centers
- Experience in B2B prospecting
- Excellent level of French, both spoken and written (C1 minimum)
- Very good interpersonal and commercial skills
- Mastery of prospecting, argumentation, and negotiation techniques
- Dynamism, perseverance, and a winning spirit
- Strong results orientation
- Professional experience or a background working internationally, especially in France, is a real asset,
