Required profile :

A high school diploma (baccalaureate level) is required to join these roles, ideally supplemented by training or a program dedicated to call center jobs.

Significant professional experience, between 1 to 3 years in customer relations or remote sales, is a major asset.

To excel in this position, a perfect command of sales techniques is essential, combined with a performance-driven attitude. Expected skills include:
