Job :

The HR Officer manages recruitment from start to finish, from sourcing to integration, and administers the company's recruitment platform. They ensure fast, quality hires and an impeccable candidate experience, in support of managers.

• Management of the recruitment platform (ATS / jobboards)
  • Administer the platform: configure workflows, candidate statuses, message templates, and access rights.
  • Post and update job offers on the career site, job boards, and social networks.
  • Train and support managers in using the tool.
  • Be the contact person for editors/suppliers (support, updates, subscriptions).
• Sourcing and direct approach
  • Define the sourcing strategy per job type with managers.
  • Search in CV databases.
  • Directly approach passive candidates and write personalized approach messages.
  • Activate complementary channels: referrals, schools, forums, job fairs.
• Management of the recruitment process
  • Collect and formalize needs (job brief) with managers.
  • Write attractive and compliant advertisements.
  • Pre-select candidates, conduct phone and HR interviews.
  • Organize manager interviews, tests, and assessments.
  • Monitor integration (onboarding) and the end of the trial period.
• Candidate experience and employer brand
  • Ensure a response to each candidate within defined timelines.
  • Contribute to employer brand actions (content, testimonials, events).

Required profile :

Education

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/5) in Human Resources, Management, or Business School.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, either in a company or in a consulting firm / RPO.
• Proven experience in administering a recruitment platform (ATS or job board).
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing and direct approach, ideally for various profiles (executives, technicians, hard-to-fill positions).

Technical skills

• Proficiency in an ATS and major job boards and CV databases.
• Interview techniques (structured, behavioral).
• Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.

Personal qualities

• Service-oriented and good interpersonal skills (candidates and managers).
• Organized and able to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously.
• Proactive and tenacious in sourcing.
• Discreet and rigorous in data handling.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
