Job description

Job :

Design and standardization: Design, update, and centralize accounting schemes adapted to business needs, in compliance with the PCEC and regulatory, fiscal, and internal requirements

Accounting support for entities in the realization of their projects, including assistance with scheme setup and validation of accounting drafts

Management of internal accounts, anomaly processing, and implementation of regularization measures

Project management for strengthening the accounting framework: structuring account sheets, cleaning up internal accounts, and implementing monitoring and archiving tools

Development of automated accounting interfaces and tools (VBA/Macros), integrating input controls, data generation, and export of deliverables is a plus

Required profile :

• Higher education in Accounting, Audit, or Financial Management
• Experience of 3 to 7 years in a similar role, ideally in the banking sector.
• Experience in audit/accounting expertise or firm
• Solid banking and accounting knowledge and mastery of process and procedure management
• Analytical mindset, initiative, and rigor in the quality of deliverables and respect for deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills and strong adaptability, allowing for quick integration into various environments
• Very comfortable with computer software.
• Knowledge of the participatory banking environment is a plus.
