Job :

Reporting to the Social Relations and Workplace Well-being Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the collective restaurant services and for verifying compliance with the contract by the service provider.

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards within the restaurant
• Control the quality, variety, and seasonality of products used for meal preparation
• Ensure that the dietary and nutritional quality of meals is maintained
• Ensure the premises and equipment provided to the service provider for their mission are kept in good condition
• Coordinate with the Logistics & Purchasing department for works, repairs, and equipment purchases.
• Maintain meal statistics and process invoice payments.

Required profile :

You hold a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3), in Hospitality or Catering Management and Engineering, and you have first experience in a similar role (internships included).

You are rigorous, organized, responsive, and you have proven interpersonal skills and a strong sense for problem-solving.
