As part of the development of our Supeco business unit, we are strengthening our Operations department by recruiting a Network Supervisor in Sale.

Assigned to the Operations Department, your role is to guarantee the overall performance of a network of stores by managing teams, optimizing operations, and achieving commercial objectives, while ensuring regular and reliable reporting of activities.

Missions & Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the store teams in the network;Ensure the correct application of the brand's procedures and standards;Manage commercial performance (turnover, margins, key indicators);Analyze results and implement corrective action plans;Ensure regular reporting to the Regional Department Manager and escalate field alerts;Ensure the efficiency of in-store operations by optimizing product availability, commercial visibility, and customer experience;Deploy action plans defined by Management and regional management;Identify areas for improvement and contribute to network development;Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of store teams;Ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service in stores.

Required profile :

• With a minimum of a Bac+2 (2-year higher education degree) in commerce, management, or equivalent, you have significant experience in store management, ideally in the mass retail sector (GMS).
• Proven experience in supervising field teams;
• Experience in multi-site management and leading sales teams in the field;
• Good knowledge of in-store operations and GMS standards;
• Mastery of commercial performance indicators;
• Management skills and ability to unite teams;
• Analytical thinking, rigor, and responsiveness;
• Results-oriented, organizational skills, and strong field presence.
