Mission: We are recruiting a Treasury Officer for the Group Treasury Department. The responsibilities of this role will include: Ensuring optimal treasury management; ensuring compliance with all financial commitments to third parties; processing treasury operations within the required timeframes; preparing operational forecasts and the treasury budget; managing bank accounts; ensuring daily cash flow statements; performing daily bank reconciliations and preparing and validating monthly bank reconciliation statements; ensuring compliance with negotiated terms for financial transactions (applied rates, interest, etc.); verifying bank interest payments against calculated interest payments; preparing required reporting documents; establishing payment schedules for contracts and purchase orders; and monitoring supplier payment deadlines. Verify the accuracy of supplier payment files (purchase orders, delivery notes, original invoices, etc.). Prepare and update the monthly supplier statement. Allocate disbursements to the relevant bank accounts according to established procedures. Prepare payment instruments in accordance with negotiated terms with suppliers and submit them for signature by the relevant managers, as per the authorization system. Forward payment instruments to suppliers after they have been signed by their line managers (payment instruments include checks, drafts, etc.). Update payment schedules following any renegotiation of payment terms or other clauses with suppliers. Process payments within applicable limits. Close the daily cash balance. Maintain monthly cash journals. Submit the monthly cash journal to accounting with supporting documentation.

Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Finance/Accounting; 1-2 years of successful experience in a similar role; Rigorous and organized; Team player; Versatile, responsive, and attentive;
