The TPC Consolidator is responsible for consolidating and monitoring production costs throughout product development. They analyze changes in bills of materials, ensure the consistency of economic data, perform cost analyses, and actively contribute to optimization efforts aimed at improving the economic performance of projects.

Main responsibilities

• Consolidate the total cost of production (TPC) during the project development phases.
• Ensure the updating and reliability of cost nomenclatures.
• Analyze the evolution of product nomenclatures and vehicle structure.
• Collect, consolidate and manage cost data from purchasing, technical trades and internal costs.
• Facilitate cost reviews with the various stakeholders.
• To produce economic analyses and comparative syntheses in relation to previous forecasts.
• Update the tools and information systems dedicated to the economic management of materials.
• To carry out cross-cutting techno-economic studies on products and subsystems.
• Participate in workshops, task forces and cost reduction actions.
• To measure and analyze price variations between different economic balance sheets.
• To guarantee the robustness, quality and consistency of TPC consolidations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering or equivalent field. Initial experience or entry-level profile with a strong aptitude for economic analysis and cost control. 1-3 years of experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry preferred.
