Your mission: to provide comprehensive and high-quality support to clients while ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. As an Advisor, you will be required to:

• To set up and manage outbound calls to clients and prospects.
• Listen, diagnose needs and provide precisely tailored solutions.
• Offer additional sales in response to requests,
• Apply established processes and master internal tools,
• Communicate any information useful for improving the quality of service,
• To achieve and exceed the set qualitative and quantitative objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A level of education equivalent to a high school diploma or higher.
• An excellent level of French, both spoken and written,
• A strong sense of customer service and a commercial mindset,
• A good command of computer tools,
• Diligence, punctuality and a sense of commitment.
