As part of the development of its Sales Department, Bank Assafa is recruiting for the position of "Customer Relations Officer" in the city of Tangier, who will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing a client portfolio and ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives.
• Advising clients on the products sold by the bank.
• Proposing products that meet clients' expectations,
• Prospecting for new clients to develop and expand their portfolio,
• Building client loyalty.

Required profile :

• Master's degree or equivalent from a university, business school, or other (BAC+5)
• Perfect command of French, both spoken and written;
• Good listening and analytical skills;
• Good knowledge of banking products and services, especially participatory products.
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to adapt and learn;
• Time management and organizational skills;
• Ability to manage stress.
