Reporting to the Site and Region Manager, the Operational Activity Supervisor ensures the overall management of services within their scope.

He ensures the smooth execution of operations, the management of teams and the quality of service delivered to the client, in a dynamic, demanding and results-oriented environment.

Main missions

• Coordinate and supervise operational activities at the client's site, ensuring quality of service and adherence to deadlines.

• Plan and adjust resources (teams, schedules, priorities) according to field needs and constraints

• To guide and support teams in order to maintain a high level of performance and commitment

• Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with client requirements and standards.

• Detect discrepancies, analyze the causes, and deploy effective corrective actions.

• To intervene in critical situations and ensure a reactive management of unforeseen events.

• Maintaining a close relationship with the customer and guaranteeing their satisfaction on a daily basis

• Monitor activity indicators and actively contribute to continuous improvement. Company description

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:
Bac+2 to Bac+5 in industrial engineering, quality, production, logistics or equivalent

Experience :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry

• Proven experience in field team management

• Experience in quality control/inspection/retouching is highly valued.

Technical skills:

• Quality tools and problem-solving (8D, PDCA)

• Organization and planning

• Priority and crisis management

• Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office)
