The Indirect Buyer is responsible for managing non-production purchases (services, IT, maintenance, equipment, logistics, general services, etc.). They manage the entire purchasing process, from defining the need to monitoring supplier performance, while ensuring cost optimization, quality of services, and adherence to budgetary objectives.

Main responsibilities

Sourcing & Consultation

• Gather and analyze the needs of internal clients.
• Identify, select and qualify potential suppliers.
• Launch calls for tenders and supplier consultations.
• Analyze and compare technical and commercial offers.
• Participate in the selection of suppliers in accordance with quality, cost and time requirements.

Negotiation & Contractualization

• Negotiate prices, commercial terms and service levels.
• To negotiate and implement framework contracts.
• Secure supply conditions and supplier commitments.
• Ensure contractual compliance and adherence to purchasing procedures.

Performance Management

• Ensure that savings targets are met.
• Monitor budgets and contribute to their optimization.
• Establish supplier performance indicators.
• Conduct expenditure analyses and identify areas for improvement.

Supplier Management

• Ensure monitoring of service quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Manage disputes and implement the necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements.
