Job :
Conduct user research (interviews, observations, surveys) to identify needs, expectations, and pain points.
Create personas and map user journeys.
Analyze existing usage data (analytics, customer feedback) to inform product decisions.
Facilitate co-design workshops.
Define the information architecture and navigation structure of digital solutions.
Design interactive and animated prototypes to simulate the final experience.
Prepare and conduct user testing sessions to validate or adjust design choices.
