About the job Process Plant Supervisor - Oil & Gas Processing Plant
Role: PROCESS PLANT SUPERVISOR – OIL & GAS
Location: Morocco
Rotation: 1 Month On-Site / 1 Month Off (Off rotation is unpaid)
Project Duration: Up to 15 Months

Experience Required:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Process Plant Supervisor within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong hands-on experience in process plant operations and production facilities.
- Experience coordinating plant, well and field operations.
- Strong understanding of process safety, hydrocarbons, pressure systems and hazardous fluids.
- Ability to lead operations teams and manage abnormal/emergency operating conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise safe, reliable and efficient day-to-day process plant operations.
- Monitor pressures, temperatures, flows, levels and other critical operating parameters.
- Ensure operations remain within approved operating envelopes and design limits.
- Maintain product quality and support production/throughput targets.
- Coordinate plant operations with well and field operations to ensure stable feed and optimum plant performance.
- Support well start-up, shutdown and changeover activities.
- Identify and escalate abnormal operating conditions, production constraints and integrity concerns.
- Act as a visible leader for Process Safety and support Management of Change (MOC) activities.
- Ensure operational teams understand and follow P&IDs, Cause & Effect, SOPs and EOPs.
- Drive improvements in plant efficiency, capacity, yield and operational reliability.
- Minimise unplanned downtime, operational losses and unnecessary flaring.
- Contribute to the evolution of Digital Twin / Simulator solutions for operator training and plant debottlenecking.

- Improved productivity, yield and plant capacity.
- Product quality maintained within statistical control.
- Improved plant availability and operational reliability.
- Strong process safety performance.
