Job :

Your role will be essential in developing and strengthening our client portfolio. The main goal is to maximize customer satisfaction while achieving set sales targets, thus actively contributing to the company's growth in the maritime freight market.

Your main tasks will include:

• Telephone prospecting and scheduling appointments with new potential clients.
• Managing an existing client portfolio, aiming to build loyalty and develop commercial relationships.
• Analyzing client needs and proposing tailor-made logistics solutions in maritime freight.
• Preparing personalized quotes and rigorously following up on commercial proposals.
• Negotiating prices and terms with clients.
• Close collaboration with operational teams to ensure the proper execution of services.
• Regular reporting on commercial activity and results achieved.

Required profile :

A university degree (Bac +4) is required for this position.

Experience of 3 to 5 years in a sales role, ideally in maritime freight or international transport, is essential for success in this role.

To excel, you will need:

• Solid training in Sales / Commercial / Export.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Perfect mastery of inside sales techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of the maritime transport sector and incoterms.
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Great thoroughness and a keen sense of organization.
• A well-developed commercial sense and a strong customer focus.
• Mastery of French and English
