The Foundever Group is recruiting customer service representatives for its Casanearshore site to handle inbound calls and assist customers experiencing technical issues, ensuring their satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Answering customer calls and understanding their needs;
- Finding solutions tailored to their problems;
- Following procedures and using available tools;
- Upselling by offering products or services adapted to customer needs;
- Reporting problems encountered and suggesting improvements;
- Contributing to the smooth operation of the team;
- Achieving set objectives in terms of quality, customer satisfaction, and sales results.

Desired Candidate Profile

Having a Baccalaureate or higher education qualification;
A good level of French (spoken and written);
A sense of listening and service;
Good knowledge of computer tools;
Diligent, involved, punctual.
