Job description:

The Foundever Group is recruiting customer service representatives for its Yaacoub El Mansour site for its client, a company operating in the consumer electronics and home appliance sector. The role involves providing inbound call center support to customers experiencing difficulties, fostering loyalty and satisfaction by offering comprehensive and reliable answers to their inquiries.

In this context, you will be responsible for:

Answering customer calls
; Listening to and diagnosing their needs to provide appropriate solutions;
Applying defined processes and mastering the use of tools
; Reporting any information that could identify a malfunction or improve a procedure;
Contributing to the smooth operation of the service;
and Ensuring that the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management are met.
