Join KITEA, a major player in furniture and decoration in Morocco.

Your main mission will be to manage and follow up on customer requests to ensure quality after-sales service.

As such, your main responsibilities will be:

Welcome and guide customers in the store
Handle complaints and after-sales service requests
Follow up on customer files and product returns
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to resolve issues
Follow up on deliveries and rescheduling
Update information on management tools
Participate in improving customer satisfaction
Carry out administrative follow-up and filing of after-sales service files

Required profile :

You hold a Bac+2 (2-year higher education degree) in Management, Commerce, or equivalent.

Ideally, you have previous experience in reception, customer relations, or after-sales service.

The ideal candidate possesses:

An excellent sense of customer service
Good communication and listening skills
A good sense of organization and priority management
The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Good command of computer tools, especially Excel
Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
The ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally
