Area Sales Manager OFC NW Africa - Travel Retail


As Area Sales Manager OFC North West Africa, you will be responsible for driving the development, expansion and commercial performance of the Other Focus Channels business across North West Africa. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will identify growth opportunities, develop route-to-market solutions, build strategic partnerships and ensure the successful execution of commercial initiatives to deliver sustainable business growth.


What you will be doing:



  • Develop and execute the OFC channel strategy across North West Africa.

  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities, customers and channels.

  • Establish and manage strategic relationships with distributors, wholesalers and other channel partners.

  • Develop route-to-market solutions that drive sustainable revenue and profit growth.

  • Monitor business performance, analyse market opportunities and recommend corrective actions where required.

  • Lead commercial negotiations and oversee the implementation of growth initiatives.Develop business plans, forecasts and performance reviews aligned with regional objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent execution and delivery of business objectives.

    • Requirements:



  • University degree or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Channel Management, Key Account Management and/or Trade Marketing.

  • Proven experience in developing new customers, channels or route-to-market solutions.

  • Experience in FMCG and/or Travel Retail is an advantage.

  • Strong commercial, negotiation and analytical skills.

  • Fluent in English and French. Arabic would be an asset.

  • Strong customer focus, stakeholder management and communication skills.
