مستشار منسق أول لهندسة موثوقية الموقع (SRE)

As part of supporting the implementation of Target Operating Models (TOM) within IT Operations and functional departments, the mission will focus on the Center of Excellence, the Build Factory, the Control Tower (running operations management) , and the development of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) skills in both Cloud and On-Premise environments.

The candidate will join an existing and active SRE community and will play a cross-functional role as an SRE Champion , with a strong emphasis on governance, community leadership, and supporting technical teams.

Main responsibilities

• Engaging the SRE Community (articles, posts, sessions, workshops, lessons learned)
• Listening to SRE Leads to identify their needs or pain points
• To help resolve the problems raised regarding the difficulties encountered during the Dynatrace implementation
• Being part of the SRE governance (under the control of the SRE Chapter Lead): ensuring the proper coordination of resources and partners, standardizing SRE practices.
• Identify, monitor and strive to reduce the operational debt of SREs
• Participate in the onboarding of new SREs: planning actions, sharing progress for the integration of new SREs (both for CMA CGM employees and partners)
• Working in collaboration with the Tooling teams for appropriate use of the solutions provided
• Engaging the SRE Community
• Challenging the systems for managing cloud applications within the framework of the SRE's responsibilities.
• Formalizing learning paths to ensure the upskilling of IT teams on innovative or disruptive technologies, or to help SREs adopt a new tool. Company description

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma: Bac+5 in computer science, engineering, information systems or equivalent field.
• Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT environments, including significant experience in SRE / Cloud / DevOps .
• Knowledge of SRE tools: observability tools (Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Graphana...), CI/CD pipelines, incident management (SNOW), automation (Ansible, Terraform) and document management (Confluence)
• Knowledge of Cloud environments: AWS (primarily), GCP and Azure
• Significant experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and in managing technical teams. (Finops: cost optimization on cloud, saving plan, etc.)
• Knowledge of on-premises infrastructures is a plus (virtualization, OS layer, RUN)
• Good understanding of a RACI & TOM
• Analytical and synthesis skills: evaluation of SRE practices, identification of areas for improvement, formalization of best practices
• Communication and collaboration: daily interactions with internal teams and service providers, management of the SRE community.
• Operational leadership: acting as an ambassador for good practices, sharing successes and innovative patterns.
• Knowledge of technical environments: understanding the IT challenges of a hybrid IS, Cybersecurity and Building Blocks.
• Ability to work closely with external partners
