Relation client

• Manage incoming level 1 calls from international clients
• Responding to inquiries about banking products and services
• Supporting clients and efficiently processing their requests

Complaints Management & Compliance

• Handling complaints with professionalism, empathy and rigor
• Adhere to the procedures, quality standards and confidentiality requirements specific to the banking sector.

Monitoring & quality of service

• Accurately document each interaction within internal tools and systems
• To guarantee a high-quality customer experience and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty

Desired Candidate Profile

• Mastery of French and English [level C1]
• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or the banking/financial sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Rigour, discretion and respect for confidentiality
• Proficient with computer tools and managing multiple systems
• Availability and comfort level to work night shifts
• Empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset
