• Manages and supervises the Value Chain Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Value Chain Management
• Takes Responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of Responsibility
• Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of Responsibility
• Manages and supervises multiple org units within Value Chain Management
• Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change Management and personal growth

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications et Exp rience

• Bac +5 or equivalent Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in value chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial position
• Proven track record in optimising end-to-end supply chain operations and implementing best practices
• Strong understanding of lean management principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Expertise in supply chain technologies and digital transformation initiatives
