Missions:

• Process IT tickets raised by the different departments and ensure their resolution within the given timeframes.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to computer hardware, software and network connectivity.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to the next level of support, internal or external.
• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
• Perform basic maintenance on network equipment, including switches, patch panels and cables.
• Managing and prioritizing multiple requests in parallel with rigor and responsiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Training in computer science or equivalent field.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve first-level technical incidents.
• Mastery of operating systems, networks and diagnostic tools.
• Sense of service, team spirit and ability to manage emergencies.
• Good communication in French and English.
