YOUR ROLE Lead Test & Finishing NPI at BSK, managing new process, equipment, and product introductions through cross-functional collaboration with Operations, BEM&T, DIV, and Quality.
Drive risk assessment, qualification, training, and deployment of manufacturing standards and procedures, including FMEA, DOE, OCAP, Golden Parameters, and IPC.
Ensure process robustness, standardization, and change management by defining process guidelines, implementing appropriate technical solutions, and harmonizing procedures across production lines.
Desired Candidate Profile
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Engineer / Master degree in Mechanical & Electronics or similar
3 years exeperience as process enginner
Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite, Power BI , Automatic & elctronics
