Main mission

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of HR activities related to a specific group of employees in France. You will support managers and employees on all HR matters while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal procedures.

Main responsibilities

Administrative management of personnel: contracts, amendments, certificates, monitoring of probationary periods and employee files.

Managing employee onboarding and offboarding.

Monitoring of absences, leave, sick leave and administrative events of staff.

Supporting managers with day-to-day HR issues.

Participation in recruitment: drafting and posting job advertisements, sourcing, telephone pre-qualifications and interview coordination.

Monitoring of employee integration and career paths.

Preparation and transmission of variable payroll elements.

Participation in annual HR campaigns (annual reviews, raises, internal mobility).

Monitoring HR indicators and updating reports.

Ensures compliance with French labor law and internal procedures.

Participation in cross-functional HR projects and continuous process improvement.

Desired profile

Education (Bachelor's +3 to Master's +5) in Human Resources, Social Law or equivalent.

Successful first experience in Human Resources, ideally in an international environment.

Good knowledge of French labor law.

Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent written and oral communication skills in French.
